"Elevation tower" - Seaside area, city of Varna

The panoramic elevator tower (Elevation Tower) on Aleya Parva in Varna is a large-scale architectural structure connecting the Sea Garden with the coastal promenade, bridging an elevation difference of over 30 meters.

The elevator tower was conceived not merely as an infrastructure project to facilitate access between the city and the sea, but also as a distinctive architectural landmark within Varna’s coastal zone. The project blends functionality, contemporary design, and respect for the natural environment, transforming the act of moving between levels into an experience.

The structure, along with the water attraction currently under construction, is a part of the major "Alley One" investment and infrastructure project, the construction phases of which are actively being implemented.
