Water attraction center with zones for recreation, training, and professional qualification, Varna

The complex is a water-based leisure and entertainment center located right next to the Varna seafront promenade. The project features a variety of outdoor water areas, mineral water pools, water slides, relaxation zones, a spa area, a gym and group exercise studio, a fast-food outlet. The water areas are divided into distinct zones—recreational, sports, and relaxation—ensuring a clear separation of functions. The water slides cater to all age groups. The spa area offers two types of saunas.

The buildings incorporate architectural elements with fluid, oval shapes that create a sense of lightness and harmony. The resulting aesthetic is inspired by modern architecture, Mediterranean colors, and natural forms. The grounds are landscaped with evergreen shrubs and ornamental grasses, lending the complex a distinctively maritime character. The architectural style blends naturally into the landscape, highlighting the connection to the nearby Sea Garden and the sea horizon.

The center is designed for year-round use.
