Provadia Biodiezel Plant

The biodiezel plant has a capacity of 300 ton per day i.e. 100 000 tons/year. The production pro- cess is fully automated and continuous. The warehouse facilities are also automated and have the capability to load 3 (three) tanks at a time.
The technical indicators of the biodiezel correspond to European standard EN14214. The plant is located in Provadia, on the territory of “Slanchevi Luchi Provadia” EAD. The building represents a metal construction on 4 /four/ levels, closed type, built-up area 700 m2.
Manufacturing technology and equipment is DESMET BALLESTRA – Italy.
Next to the plant there are warehouses with a storage capacity of 6000 m3 for preserving bio- diezel and 2000 m3 for preserving neutral vegetable oil to the total amount of 15 million euro. The biodiezel quality is controlled by its own accredited laboratory.
