The complex is designed by dipl.arch. Yavor Vulov, dipl.arch. Plamen Vulkov and their team, and it is unique, luxurious and rich designed with 21 centuries' technologies and unique neoclassical style, inspired by the most beautiful castles and hotels all over the world. With its ‘six stars' category the complex is intended to satisfy every need of the most demanding, rich and prosperous guests of Sofia from Bulgaria and the whole world.

‘The Castle' has 37469 sq.m area with three main parts - the old Castle and two new wings. They are all situated on three neighbouring places with great view to Sofia and Vitosha mountain's tops.

The old Castle with its 14623 square meters area is now a "five stars" category hotel. All the rooms and apartments in the hotel are planned to be reconstructed and to become exclusively luxurious. There is to be a presidential apartment situated at 300 square meters. A whole reconstruction of the public areas is predicted, too. There will be a new lobby, panorama elevator, new communications and connections of the complex, SPA and WELLNESS complex with area over 1000 square meters, luxury restaurants, multifunctional halls for business meetings and celebrities, panorama terraces on the roof, etc.

The new wings of the hotel complex with 22846 sq. m. area are located north-east close to the old castle. There are good grand and underground connections between them. Two hotel buildings are surrounded by a fantastic Renaissance park with statues, panorama elevators and pedestrian bridges, fountains and a swimming pool. The new branches consist of only 40 superluxurious 3-roomed apartments, 220 sq.m. each. In both buildings there are 2 floors with mesonaittes and one presidential apartment /mesonaittes of 523 or 506 sq.m./. All of the other apartments are also designed rich and luxurious, with big living rooms with fireplaces, great kitchens and dining rooms, big bedrooms for parents, children and guests with their own wardrobes, big bathrooms with jakuzi and shower cabins, winter gardens, studies, etc. Big underground and ground level garages for 140 guests' cars are planned, too.

Exteriors and interiors of the complex are designed really luxurious with expensive and ecological materials and unique designed furniture.
