Energoproject
The building of "Energoproject" is located in a lot with a total area of 6725 m2, situated in the region of "Lozenetz" and bounded by James Baucher Blvd, Korab Planina St, and Trepetlika St. This location ensures quick and easy access to the building both from the city center, and through the roads leading in and out of the city.
The main entrance of the building is to the east. The ground floor offices of "Central Cooperative Bank" and Insurance Company "Armeetz" can be accessed via the entrance on James Baucher Blvd. In Korab Planina St, to the south, there are plans for the construction of a ramp leading to the underground level. The reconstruction project features plans for the complete renovation of the facade. The existing aluminum window profiles and glazing are to be replaced by a double breathing element façade. The inner elements of the facade can be opened and the outer glass functions as a screen. The facade is to be cleaned using a window cleaning cradle, mounted on the roof. The grid of the facade joins vertically the floors two by two. The top two floors use a different grid and materials. The aim is to achieve a harmonious and complete glass façade. Thick, non-glass parts of the façade will be constructed using aluminum grid mounted ETALBOND panels.
Plans include a helicopter landing pad on the roof.
The structure of the existing building is preserved. The building is supported by a reinforced concrete skeleton with curtain and exposed walls. Floor height for the office floors is 3,20 m and that of the ground floor is 5,50 m, which allows it to be used as public service premises.
