SHOWROOM AND AUTO SERVICE FOR BMW AND MINI CARS, SHOP, OFFICES AND PARKING

The project is a model for the most successful conduct of the company's commercial and company policy while at the same time complying with the urban environment as well as with the regulatory requirements for the territory and meeting the indicators for a sustainable and environmentally friendly environment.

It fully complies with the Content and Corporate Identity Standards, revised since 2016, and corresponds to the highest class showrooms and service-stations in the BMW system.

The building is located in "Hladilnika-Vitosha" District, Sofia.

It consists of separate showrooms of BMW and MINI, as well as common service, office and parking.

The showroom of BMW is designed on three levels - ground floor, second and third floors, integrated into the volume of the main building.

The showroom of MINI is designed on two levels with an original vision for the company.

Directly from the main entrance, customers are welcomed at an information desk. Depending on their needs, they are sent to consultants for purchasing a new car or to repair experts.

There is also a shop with accessories and promotional materials, a desk for receiving requests and issuing spare parts, a coffee zone and a customer corner.

The service part includes warehouse premises, a reception for fast service /small repairs that do not require much time to remove/, a main service, a tinsmith /repair of hit cars/, preparation premises /finishing works before painting as well as painting cars/, and a car wash.

There are 55 open parking spaces for cars, 3 of which are for disadvantaged people. In the underground parking there are 32 parking spaces as well as 33 separate parking spaces for storing new cars.
