The Grain Terminal on Port Balchik is a unique for the Bulgarian seaside project, being the con- struction of automated complex for storage, transport and loading of loose goods (grain) on the territory of the port in Balchik town.
The project is developed on the basis of technical assignment from the Investor – “Port Balchik” JSC and is located in Parcel 0065 in Balchik.
The complex includes 2 silos and grain handling equipment, covered storehouse for loose goods (grain); truck receiving pit; systems of conveyers and bucket elevators; trestles with rubber belt conveyors, a ship loader and a control room.
Built-up area: 352,3 m2
Built-up volume: 3888 m3
The project is completed and put into operation in 2009.
