Central administrative building of Bulgaria Air and Bulgaria on Air TV

The project incorporated entire interior and partial exterior reconstruction of the central ad- ministrative building of Bulgaria Air and its adjacent cinema hall. Subject to the reconstruction were the whole low-leveled building (the cinema hall), the zone between the low and the high part with the warm bonds, the first three levels of the high part and the inner yard towards the polyclinic.
The existing entrance for the office building was kept because it gives an access to the restau- rant too. A new separate entrance was opened for the radio, the television and the advertising agency from the south side of the hall.
The new functional zones are: reception foyer, restaurant with a kitchen, bank branch, television center with two studios, radio and an advertising agency.
In architectural way we tried to preserve to a maximum degree the character of the existing building, emphasizing and expressing it in the context of the new functions.
